Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Sheet Laser Operator to join our experienced production team. The successful candidate will operate and maintain sheet laser cutting machines to efficiently manufacture high-quality components. This position requires keen attention to detail, technical aptitude, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sheet laser cutting machines to cut, shape, and manipulate sheet metal according to specifications.
• Set up and adjust machine controls for different jobs, ensuring precision and efficiency.
• Interpret technical drawings and work from detailed blueprints to produce accurate parts.
• Perform regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct inspections to verify conformance to specifications, adjusting settings as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to meet daily production targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or manufacturing preferred.
• Proven experience as a Laser Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM technology and ability to read technical drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
